I have recently been lucky enough to fly with your company as part of a birthday treat. I felt I must write to thank all the staff concerned for making our morning flight such a special occasion.
We took off from Hickstead and our pilot was terrific – he knew a great deal about the landscape we were passing over and managed to execute a perfect landing. The supporting group on the ground were good fun and extremely professional and the champagne was well received and plentiful!
For someone who has never flown in a balloon before it was an absolute magical experience helped greatly by the general ambience created by your excellent staff.

My youngest son had is 50th birthday and his brother was celebrating his 54th so I organised for them both to have a ride in one of your balloons.
When they landed and walked into the reception I had organised at the hotel their eyes shone and their grins spread from ear to ear. A very satisfying result!

I must admit that the only trepidation my wife had was the landing, however as it turned out the landing was, in our eyes, faultless and drew a close to a remarkable experience to put aside our flight in Concorde.
